Our practice draws from Thai Massage, Tui Na, Ayurvedic principles, Shiatsu and are integrated with restorative Yin and Hatha poses.
Clients wear comfortable, stretchy attire. Together, we explore passive and dynamic yoga stretches, compression techniques, and mindful breathing patterns to promote a range of benefits such as:

Everyone can benefit from this treatment! Regardless of gender, age, shape, or flexibility, our practice takes place on a spacious 6 x 8 ft. floor mat. You can choose room temperature or the mat can be heated. We tailor compression techniques and pressure to suit your needs, ensuring you’re cushioned and supported with bolsters for extra comfort.”
How long is each session?
As long as you wish! You can conveniently book appointments online in 60, 75, 90, or 120-minute slots. For targeted focus on specific areas, the shorter time slots are ideal. For a comprehensive head-to-toe yoga bodywork experience, we recommend choosing the 90 or 120-minute sessions.

MY unit at Junction 6 is primarily for bodywork.
I provide offsite bodywork sessions and yoga classes in Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin styles for both individual or groups. A suitable floorspace is required.
