Policies

  • Online client information is maintained while the client is in attendance and for up to 6 months thereafter. Information shared with MY Pure Time is then deleted. Accounts created with Acuity Scheduling is maintained by a 3rd party.

    Paper based client information is maintained, filed and kept on the premises for a maximum of 6 months after which it is shredded.

    A client can request to have all of their information removed from our records at any time.

  • We endeavour to make our premises and site as accessible as possible. The site is scanned to meet WCAG guidelines where possible. If you find there is an issue with our website or premises, please do not hesitate to let us know!

  • Cleanliness is paramount at MY Pure Time. Mats and props are cleaned using hypoallergenic products in between clients and every individual appointment gets a fresh set of sheets on mats and pillows.

  • As of July 2024:

    Bookings can be made up to 24hours in advance.

    Bookings can be rescheduled up to 12hours.

    Appointments can be cancelled up to 24hours in advance.

    Any changes needed for the booking policy will be made on the 1st of each month only.
